If one of my clients does not file their BOI report I am going to yell at them. If you see this post and you do not file your BOI report I will yell at you.

Here's how to do it:

1. Access the BOI E-Filing System:
Visit boiefiling.fincen.gov.
Click on the "File BOIR" link/icon.

2. Choose Your Filing Method:
- PDF BOIR: Click "Prepare BOIR" to download the PDF form.
Ensure you have Adobe Reader installed to complete the form.
- Online BOIR: Select the web-based form to fill out and submit online.
Complete the BOIR Form:

For the Reporting Company:
- Provide the legal name, any trade names, principal business address, and taxpayer identification number.

For Beneficial Owners and Company Applicants:
- Include full legal names, dates of birth, residential addresses, and unique identifying numbers from acceptable identification documents.
Submit the BOIR:

After completing the form, submit it through the BOI E-Filing System.

You'll receive a confirmation upon successful submission. Save copies of your submission and confirmation for your records.
