Al Anthony Mercado, Partner at Feldman Kieffer, LLP, together with Associates Chloe Combs and Mackenzie Vergason, recently secured a significant Decision and Order dismissing all claims against our client, a urologic surgeon. Partner Al Anthony Mercado was assigned this matter by the New York State Attorney General's Office, underscoring the public-interest and institutional significance of the defense. The allegations against the client arose from his role in supervising and evaluating a medical resident and included claims challenging clinical medical judgment, academic oversight, and alleged retaliatory conduct. We are happy for this result for our client!
