We are excited to announce that our law clerk, Canio J. Marasco, has passed the Bar. While at UB Law School, he served as student representative to the Advocacy Institute. We cannot wait to watch his growth and success as he begins his litigation career at CHSM.

Chelus, Herdzik, Speyer & Monte, P.C. is looking for a real estate attorney. Candidates should have experience in handling all aspects of sale, purchase, title insurance and bank transactions. Must be able to obtain and review documents necessary to facilitate closings and possess skills to interact with clients and work with them throughout the closing process. Candidates must be able to attend closings.

Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to multi-task. Candidates with their own book of business are encouraged to apply.

Chelus, Herdzik, Speyer & Monte, P.C. is looking for an attorney for its growing litigation practice. Candidates can be those who have passed the bar and are awaiting admission to those with up to four years of experience. Candidates must possess both excellent writing and communication skills. Responsibilities will involve all aspects of our litigation department. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and interested in joining our team of experienced litigation attorneys and support staff.
