🏗️ COMMUNITY UPDATE: Dacy Business Park Expands in Kyle

Kyle’s commercial landscape is continuing to grow. Dacy Business Park began construction on its third phase on October 1, adding 43,050 square feet of commercial space across four buildings at 3300 Dacy Lane.

The expansion will offer additional office and warehouse spaces for businesses, with completion expected in early 2027. The first two phases are already fully sold and leased, housing businesses ranging from HVAC and plumbing contractors to distributors and specialty automotive shops.

As Kyle grows, developments like this raise an interesting question: What kinds of businesses would you like to see more of in our community?
