Hey guys, I NEVER share wins… it makes me feel somewhat uncomfortable when I talk about all the great stuff I get to do, and so I tend to keep it pretty quiet, but I'm working with a coach (yes, even coaches have coaches) who's forcing me to celebrate my past wins right now! I’m taking a moment this afternoon to reflect and celebrate some big wins, and I want to share this with all of you who've been part of my journey.
🖥️ I've enhanced online visibility for a ton of local businesses, helped to double a client’s daycare operation through strategic website and CRM improvements, and worked to radically scale another client’s business from $100,000 to $1,000,000 monthly revenues in just 9 months by adjusting their target audience, and eliminating non-profitable clients.
📈 Plus, I've propelled my local entrepreneurs networking group to over 3,100 members and grown my podcast to over 50,000 downloads.
📹 Additionally, I've doubled the size of another client's YouTube channel from 32k to almost 70k subs, and helped them triple their revenues by creating and training an internal media team teaching them SEO and content strategies.
🎥 And for a touch of creativity, I rewrote synopses and marketing pieces for a movie project that Nina brought me into, pivoting its appeal and allowing the team to secure $15MM in investment for production.
📚 The world we’re doing business in is rapidly changing, so to keep myself on the cutting edge, and be the best consultant possible, I leveled up my knowledge bigtime by completing a postgraduate program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Business Applications online through the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas. This has been a game-changer for how I approach using tech in overall business strategy.
🏘️ In the real estate world, I’ve picked up multiple awards for commercial sales, begun the process of education for my commercial brokerage license, and orchestrated several development deals, including a Ranch that was listed with another agent for over four years before we rewrote the script, adjusted the audience, and then sold for almost 25% over the original asking price, and a small subdivision that is on course to net over $400,000 in profit for investors—just a couple of the seven figure real estate deals I’ve successfully put together.
💼 On the personal front, Nina and I have launched an ecomm skincare brand that's almost finished, pulling in five-figure monthly revenues on its way to stability, and kicked off The Next 90 Days, part of an accountability and coaching program "The Clinic" that’s already seeing fantastic beta results, and as part of that process, I've successfully completed the grueling 75 Hard program and am in the best shape of my life.
🌟 All of this hard work led to us beating out over 50,000 applications and becoming contestants on The Blox - Season 11, one of the top TV shows for entrepreneurs. What an experience to showcase on such a big stage! I can’t wait for the show to air so you guys can see where I finished up.
