When we first purchased 215 Center Ave in the heart of Downtown Brownwood, we had a vision of bringing new life to a piece of our downtown. Little did we know just how much this place would come to mean to us!
Over the years, these walls have seen countless clients walk through the doors, friendships formed, events hosted, classes taught, and so many memories made. This building became more than just our office. It was a place where we grew, learned, served our clients, and connected with the community we love so much.
When we originally took on this building, our hope was to play a small part in bringing Downtown Brownwood back to life. Now, we are so excited to see the City of Brownwood carry that vision forward in a whole new way! Our beautiful building at 215 Center Avenue was recently sold to the City and will now be the new home for the Visitor’s Center! We always said we wouldn’t sell, but this is a perfect location for the Visitor’s Center being in the middle of Downtown and across the street from the Pat Coursey Park. A special thank you to Ray Tipton and Amy Whitmer with the City of Brownwood for approaching us and sharing your plans and vision for this special place.
This building gave us so many opportunities to connect with our community, and our hope is that it will continue to be a place where the people of Brownwood and those visiting can gather, connect and make memories.
While it is bittersweet to close this chapter, we couldn't be more excited about what is ahead! We have always loved being in the heart of Brownwood, so we didn't go far! You can now find us around the corner at 208 E Anderson Street! 🏡
We love this town, and we can't wait to see what's next for Downtown Brownwood! ❤️
