Some buildings are properties. Some are part of New York.

We’re proud to welcome The Apollo Theater as a new Jaffa client.

For generations, the Apollo has been more than a theater. It’s been a stage for history, a cultural institution, and an unmistakable part of New York City.

We’re honored to play a role in helping protect and manage the compliance behind this iconic landmark as it enters its next chapter.

Welcome to Jaffa, Apollo.

We’re proud to be part of what comes next.

"Is everything on track?"

Four words that can send you searching through emails, spreadsheets, folders, and text messages trying to piece together an answer.

The problem isn't that the information doesn't exist.

It's that it's scattered.

Ask Jack brings it together so you can get the answer without the search.

Because when your boss asks what's on track, you shouldn't have to start investigating.

👇 How many places would you have to check to answer that question right now?

10 days.

If your building received an extension for its 2026 Local Law 97 compliance report, August 29 is the next date to have on your radar.

And this isn't a small compliance program.

In the first compliance year, approximately 93% of covered properties submitted their required reports.

The question now is simple: Do you know where your building stands?

Filed?
Extension?
Still working through it?

135 days sounds like a lot.

In compliance, it isn't. 👀

Local Law 151 is already in effect, and the first annual notice cycle begins in January 2027.

That gives owners and property managers time to understand what's required, identify which buildings are affected, and get the process in place before January arrives.

That's one of the biggest lessons I've learned in this industry:

✨ Being ahead of compliance isn't about knowing the deadline. It's about knowing what needs to happen before you get there.

Don't wait until January to start figuring it out.

Is Local Law 151 already on your team's radar?

👇 We're interested in hearing where everyone is in the process.

Not every NYC violation comes with the same clock.

90 days.
30 days.
21 days.
14 days.
24 hours.

And some conditions require immediate action.

The challenge isn't just knowing that a violation exists. It's knowing which timeline applies, what's required to correct it, and whether the issue is actually closed.

One missed timeline can create a much bigger problem than the original violation.

Something can look finished without actually being finished.

That's one of the easiest places for compliance gaps to hide.

A filing gets submitted. Everyone moves on.

An inspection happens. The team assumes it's handled.

A violation gets corrected. But did anyone confirm the process was actually closed?

The work may be done, but if no one can clearly see what happened, what's still open, and what needs to happen next, you're still managing uncertainty.

That's why visibility matters.

What looks "done" on your team but usually has one more step?

Property management teams already have systems they rely on every day.

Now compliance can work alongside them.

Jaffa now integrates with Yardi, Rent Manager, and AppFolio, bringing compliance visibility into the platforms teams already use to manage their properties.

Less back and forth.
Better coordination.
More visibility into what needs attention.

Because the future of compliance isn't another system to manage.

It's smarter technology that works with the systems you already have.

👇 What would better compliance visibility mean for your team?
