After more than 15 years in real estate, I’ve learned something interesting.

People rarely remember the square footage.
They rarely remember the paint colors.
They rarely remember the interest rate.

What they remember is whether the house worked for their family.

They remember the neighbors.
They remember the school events.
They remember walking trails, parks, Friday night football, and running into people they know at the grocery store.

That’s one of the reasons Broken Arrow continues to grow year after year. People don’t just buy homes here. They build lives here.
