Many people believe that rental coverage on their automobile policy entitles them to 30 days of rental. Unfortunately, that's just not true. If you have 30 days rental coverage on your policy, the insurance company will cover up to 30 days. This means only a reasonable amount of time will be covered. Therefore, if your car requires only 4 days of repair, the insurance company will cover 4 days of rental. Hope this helps :)
