Pleased to report a complete victory on behalf of a client in contract litigation. After a summary judgment motion and discovery demands, the plaintiff dismissed his complaint, with prejudice, and without any payment or other consideration from the firm's client. Given the lack of any fee-shifting provision, the firm's client secured all relief available in the litigation.
