This one started as an easy transaction that we hoped to close quickly, but one thing you learn in real estate is that you’re never really in control, lol! After a couple of months, we finally made it to the closing table, and the buyers now have a summer home that can fit the whole family. 🏡☀️

This week was a special one.

Helping people buy their first home is always exciting, but this one hit a little different. These weren’t just clients—they’re great friends.

Fun fact: we went to high school together, and now here we are celebrating such a huge milestone for their family. Crazy how life works.
