🏡 FIRST HOME. NEW BEGINNING. BIG CONGRATULATIONS! 🎉🔑

There’s something special about helping someone purchase their very first home, and I’m incredibly grateful that I had the opportunity to be part of this journey!

From finding the right property, getting it under contract, navigating the negotiations, and making it all the way to a smooth closing, it was an absolute pleasure helping my buyer get the keys to his new home. 🏠🔑

But this one means a little more because it’s not just a house—it’s the beginning of a new chapter and a place where memories will be made for years to come.

Congratulations on your first home! 🎊🍾 I’m honored that you trusted me to help make it happen!

A huge thank you as well to everyone who helped make the transaction go smoothly. It truly takes a great team to get from contract to closing! (John Henderson Revolution Mortgage and thank you to Island Title & Escrow Agency, Inc.)

If you’re thinking about buying your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or just want to know what your options look like, I’d love the opportunity to help you too.

What an incredible day of serving our community! ❤️🎒

This past Saturday, I am proud to announce that, together with our amazing partners at Space Coast Nutrition, New Life Church, and The Royal Flush Septic, we were able to bless 223 local children with brand-new, fully stuffed backpacks as they prepare to head back to school!

Seeing the smiles on these kids' faces and the community come together to support local families was truly inspiring. This event would not have been possible without our volunteers, sponsors, first responders, and everyone who donated supplies, time, and encouragement.

Thank you to the Brevard County Sheriff's Office, Florida (Official) and Brevard County Fire Rescue for stopping by and helping make the day even more special for the kids!

To everyone who donated, volunteered, or simply shared our event—thank you. Your generosity made a real difference, and because of you, 223 students are starting the school year with the supplies they need and the confidence they deserve.

This is what community is all about. ❤️

📊 Brevard County Real Estate Market Update | May 2026 🏡

The market is shifting — and understanding the numbers matters whether you’re buying, selling, or just keeping an eye on your home’s value.

Here’s what we’re seeing in Brevard County:

🔑 866 homes sold
⬇️ Down 11% compared to last year

💰 Median Sale Price: $375,000
➡️ Holding steady with no change year-over-year

🏠 2,883 homes currently available
⬇️ Inventory is down 16% from last year

📈 1,099 new listings hit the market
⬇️ Down 3.9% year-over-year

✍️ 996 homes went under contract
⬇️ Down slightly at 1.2%

What does this mean for you?

➡️ Sellers: Pricing and marketing strategy matter more than ever. Homes that are positioned correctly are still attracting buyers.

➡️ Buyers: More inventory can create opportunities and give you more negotiating power.

The market is always changing — having the right information helps you make the right move.

Thinking about buying, selling, or wondering what your home is worth? I’d be happy to provide a personalized market analysis.
