🌊🔥 WEEKEND SURF ALERT — FLORIDA IS ABOUT TO GET WAVES! 🌬️🍂

Saturday and Sunday are looking interesting for surfers across Florida as a strong fall cold front brings plenty of windswell, cooler weather, and waves to much of the coastline! 🤙

🌊 NORTH FLORIDA: Expect some of the biggest surf in the state, but also the strongest winds! Solid NE windswell and rough conditions will make finding wind protection the name of the game.

🏄‍♂️ CENTRAL FLORIDA: Building surf through the weekend with plenty of swell energy. Look for protected nooks, better wind angles, and those spots that can handle a strong northerly breeze.

🌴 SOUTH FLORIDA: Swell energy should work down the coast, with size and conditions varying depending on exposure and wind direction.

🌊 GULF COAST: The passing cold front will also kick up winds and seas in parts of the Gulf, potentially creating some surfable opportunities where the wind and coastline cooperate.

🍂 And finally, a little taste of FALL! Cooler temperatures are moving in behind the front.

⚠️ HEADS UP: Strong winds, dangerous rip currents, rough surf, and possible coastal flooding and beach erosion are concerns, especially along the Atlantic coast. Know your limits!

The farther north you go, the more size you may find — but you'll also be dealing with more wind. FIND THAT NOOK! 👀🔥

🌊🔥 WEDNESDAY = SURF DAY FOR FLORIDA! 🔥🌊

Looks like tomorrow is a day to make some time for the ocean! 🤙

🌊 North Florida: Biggest surf in the state with 5–8 ft waves, but plenty of onshore wind and rough conditions. Find the right nook and know your limits.

🌴 Central Florida: 3–6 ft surf with the potential for some GOOD wind early before winds turn more NE later. This could be the zone to watch! 👀

🌊 South Florida: Smaller overall, but some extra swell energy working down the coast with light/offshore winds around Palm Beach early.

⏰ LOW TIDE IS RIGHT AROUND LUNCHTIME for much of the East Coast — roughly noon — so if you can sneak away for a lunch-break session... DO IT! 😂🏄‍♂️
