When: Saturday, May 2nd starting around 7 am

Where: Brentwood homes bordered within Sand Creek Rd, Fairview Ave, San Jose Ave & Loma Vista Elementary.

30-40+ families normally participate. Come to the corners mentioned above & follow the signs. I will put up 30+ signs directing you into the neighborhood to the participating homes I know of.

There are homes on all of the following streets participating at this time, and more are likely to join in: Acacia Ct, Alder Creek, Aurora Ct, Autumn Valley Way, Century Oaks Dr, Diamond Springs Ln, Greenyard Ct, Highland Way, Jasmine Place, Mill Creek Way, Pear Tree Ct & Sutter Creek Way.

Huge Neighborhood Garage Sale! Sell your stuff! Mark your calendars now!

13th Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale

When: Saturday, May 3rd - Mark your calendar now!

Where: All Brentwood homes bordered within Sand Creek Rd, Fairview Ave, San Jose Ave & Loma Vista Elementary.

I will put up 30+ signs directing bargain hunters into our neighborhood beginning at 6 am and begin taking them down at 2 pm. Each participant will of course start & end their garage sale whenever it works best for them.

If you’d like to participate, please RSVP through this site or contact me directly. You can also send me a private message sharing the types of items you’ll be selling and I will promote those for you.

I will promote the garage sale the week beforehand through many different marketing methods and we normally have a lot of traffic through the neighborhood.

We’ve had 30-40 families hold garage sales the past few years. I look forward to another successful event this year!

During the garage sale, I’ll stop by with a list of places that you may choose to donate unsold items to as well as the upcoming Brentwood Free Cleanup Dates.

Rotary HOME Team helping local seniors!

I'm pleased to be a member of the Rotary Club of Brentwood that does so much good for so many people. One of those is assisting local seniors with FREE basic home care though the Rotary HOME Team! Our next service date is Saturday March 29th. To sign up, call & leave a message at 888-204-5573!

So what kind of things does Rotary HOME Team take care of:
- Changing smoke & carbon monoxide detectors and/or batteries
- Replacing missing or burnt-out light bulbs
- Replacing HVAC filters
- Adjusting doors & drawers so they work properly
- Resetting tripped breakers
- Moving heavier items
- Many other items
This is only a small sample. If we can do it in 30-60 minutes, we'll almost certainly do it. Just call & ask. If we cannot, we'll let you know.
