Do you have an old DWI or DUI that you think is NOT on your record because your lawyer said “You got a non-conviction SIS Probation plea deal, so after probation it’s like your DWI never happened.” Unfortunately, in MO that’s not even close to true.
If your 1st DWI resulted in “probation” or “SIS Probation” you STILL DO have a DWI record. That DWI still WILL show up on your arrest record, it WILL show up on a background check, it might still show up on your driving record depending on the facts of your Case.
If your DWI or DUI or BWI is 10+ years old you may be eligible for a DWI/DUI expungement of your arrest record, driving record, Court records, police database records, prosecutor’s office records, etc. DON’T WAIT, once you have a 2nd DWI pending you are NO LONGER ELIGIBLE for an expungement at any time. We do have payment plans.
Let Traffic Law Stop help you file for an expungement. Reach out and we can let you know if you are eligible. Call or text (314) 644-7102. Email [email protected]
