We are proud to congratulate John Day on his appointment by the Tennessee Supreme Court to the Tennessee Law Course Committee!

John will serve alongside a distinguished group of judges and attorneys from across the state, selected for his expertise and standing in Tennessee's legal community.

The Committee will help shape the future of the Tennessee Law Course, which every applicant to the Tennessee bar must complete before licensure. Its work will focus on updating and strengthening the course so that new lawyers enter practice with a solid grounding in key areas of Tennessee law.

After more than three decades of practicing, writing about, and teaching Tennessee law, John is honored to bring that experience to the Committee and to help prepare the next generation of Tennessee lawyers.
