This morning our sellers officially handed over the keys to their Georgia home...and just a few hours later, they're picking up the keys to their new home in South Carolina - proving that moving across state lines doesn't have to be chaotic when you've got the right people working together.

Congratulations to our awesome first-time home buyers, Jacob & Lily! 🎉 We are so excited for them and their beautiful first home.

One of our favorite parts of this job is helping young couples start building wealth through homeownership and watching them take that next big step. 🏡💰

Back in 2013, Steve and I joined CrossFit Dacula thinking we were just signing up to get in shape. Instead, we found an entire gym family. Jacob was just a young kid running around the gym back then, and now we just helped him buy his first home. Time really does fly!

Pretty sure this makes about our 15th closing we've had with our CFD family, and we're incredibly grateful for every one of them. We sure miss all the good times and friendships that came from those years. The only thing we don't miss? Burpees. Not even a little bit. Some relationships aren't meant to last. 🤣💪

We're so grateful to be a small part of their journey.

Congratulations to our clients - the Porter & Galloway families! 🎉

We closed on their Lawrenceville home last week after only FOUR days on the market 👏 and today they officially closed on their new home in Jefferson!

New Home. New City. New County. Same chaos of moving boxes and a truck probably packed with things they forgot they owned. 😂

We're so thankful for the friends, neighbors, and clients who continue to put their trust in us during such big life moments. We truly don't take it for granted. ❤️
