If you receive a suspicious phone call from anyone claiming to be Griffin & Associates, P.A. about a complaint that has been filed against you or any other legal issue involving you, with a request for a call back at a random number or a request for any personal information from you, it is a SCAM!
These people (we have heard reports of a male and female) are incredibly rude on the phone and it is not us! The only phone number that this office will ever call you from is listed on this page and on our website. Likewise, any legitimate email from our firm will only come from a ".com" email address. If you receive an email from anyone else claiming to be us, it is a SCAM!
These are disingenuous people that are calling and trying to scam people and we have no control over this. We have reported the issue to law enforcement. Please disregard these attempts if this happens to you and call us to confirm anything if you receive a call or email like this! Thank you!
