Expert Residential Real Estate Legal Services. Call Or Visit Us Today! Attorney Russell Peck Sr., graduated from Boston University Law School, and passed the Bar in the top 5% of his testing class. He has been an attorney since 1961. Originally, he was in the Army Judge Advocate General's Office during the Korean Conflict. He was the head attorney of Braintree Savings Bank and did the real estate and conveyance work there. He has his own practice in Braintree and Weymouth and does estate tax work, real estate transactions, land disputes, elder law including estate planning, wills, trusts and other documentation. He also helps settle disputes between parties.
Attorney Russell Peck Jr., is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School, as well as Bentley College, Master's Program in Business Administration, and Eastern Nazarene College. He is involved now, both civil litigation regarding housing foreclosures and protecting families from foreclosure. He also is involved with insurance mediation and Medicare litigation. His background includes scientific study and medical and biology courses. He works with families on helping them through their differing legal concerns. He also does criminal defense work including with OUI cases.
