“Just checking in.”

“Any updates?”

“Did you hear anything?”

“Did they respond?”

“Did you see my last message?”

Meanwhile, the case: literally progressing exactly as it should. 😂😂😂

Listen… we love our clients, but sometimes your case does not need a daily attendance check like you’re taking roll call in school. 😭

Trust the process. Trust your lawyer. And PLEASE trust that if something important happens, we’re going to call you. 😂⚖️

The Dream Law Firm is looking for a reliable, motivated, and organized Administrative Support Staff member to join our boutique law firm in Bradenton, Florida.

We’re looking for someone who:
✨ Takes initiative and doesn’t need to be told what to do every step of the way
✨ Is dependable and takes pride in their work
✨ Is genuinely interested in learning the legal field
✨ Wants to grow with the Firm and build a long-term professional relationship
✨ Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✨ Is comfortable interacting face-to-face with clients and communicating with staff
✨ Has strong typing, computer, phone, and email skills
✨ Is comfortable with scanning, filing, document organization, and Google Drive

Prior office or administrative experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person. What matters most is your work ethic, willingness to learn, reliability, and desire to grow.

This is an in-person, part-time position to start, with the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right person.

As a boutique firm, you’ll have the opportunity to do more than simply occupy a desk. You’ll gain hands-on experience, learn how a law firm operates, interact directly with clients, and have opportunities to develop professionally.

A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to volunteer with Gulfcoast Legal Services to provide pro bono legal assistance to local deputies at the courthouse. ⚖️

I was honored to help them execute important estate planning documents, including Wills and Powers of Attorney, to make sure their wishes and loved ones were protected.

I volunteered because serving my community is something I genuinely believe in. I certainly wasn’t expecting anything in return, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive this thoughtful thank-you gift from Gulfcoast Legal Services. 🖤

Thank you for allowing me to be part of this important work and for recognizing the value of giving back. Pro bono service is one of the many ways we can use our profession to make a difference beyond the courtroom.
