True or False: When asked to perform a field sobriety test, you should refuse.

TRUE: Field sobriety tests are the single most reason for unjust DUI arrests. The “roadside Olympics” often don’t take into account any physical limitations you may have, if you have had a lack of sleep or a myriad of other compounding issues that could affect the “test’ results administered by the officer.
