2 closings in Sarasota County this week 🙌
The first home was in Vistera, Venice. A lovely community with excellent amenities, natural gas, and a maintenance free lifestyle. Neal Communities offers some highly desirable villas with concrete tiled roofs, paved driveways and hurricane resistant impact windows as standard.

The 2nd home has no fees or deed restrictions at all. Very few HOA communities in the North Port area does. Our sellers wanted a bigger home but similar in style where they can park their RV.

There sure is great value under $400k south of Sarasota 😊
