The median list price in beautiful St. Pete is holding at $550,000 🏖️
The Market Action Index (MAI) is sitting at 32, just slightly down from last month’s 33, indicating a mild cooling trend. ❄️📉

🏠 Inventory has remained steady at around 1,959 active listings.

🔎 Here's what that means for you:
While the market has reached a bit of a pause or plateau, inventory remains low enough to keep us in a Seller’s Market. That means sellers still have a slight edge—but it’s important to watch the MAI closely. If buyer demand heats back up, we could see prices start climbing again. 📈

This is a moment of relative balance—great for buyers to shop smart and sellers to price wisely.
