Things you need to have to get a document notarized:

Valid Id/DL
Passport
Witness/es if needed
All parties if needed in document
All documents that goes with papers, that needs to be signed and stamped.

DO NOT SIGN DOCUMENTS AHEAD OF TIME!
BE ON TIME if NOT, Please communicate as we will do the same..
