Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage new client consultations

Communicate with clients and keep them informed about case progress

Draft, file, and organize legal documents and pleadings

Prepare discovery responses, subpoenas, and trial materials

Assist attorneys with hearing and trial preparation

Handle office administrative tasks and case management software

🚨 BREAKING FLORIDA GUN RIGHTS DECISION 🚨

Today, in Stanley Victor McDaniels v. State of Florida, Case No. 1D2023-0533 (Fla. 1st DCA, Sept. 10, 2025), the First District Court of Appeal declared Florida’s ban on open carry unconstitutional.

The Court wrote:

“Florida law generally makes it a crime for an ordinary, law-abiding, adult citizen to carry a fi***rm openly in public… we agree [this ban is incompatible with the Second Amendment]. We therefore declare the law unconstitutional, vacate his conviction, and reverse.”

⚖️ This ruling could dramatically reshape Florida gun laws and impact thousands of cases across the state.

Charges dropped the day before trial.

The offer from the State was 4.5 years in prison for unknowingly taking two puffs of a friend’s cigar that was laced with co***ne. The max he would face if he lost at trial was 5 years.
