Last Friday, we secured a $7,000,000 settlement for one of our clients who was severely injured in a car crash. We were brought in as litigation counsel and quickly and aggressively uncovered damaging information surrounding the crash leaving the defendant no choice, but to resolve the case for an excellent amount. So very happy for the clients to put this behind them.

Verdict Alert

We are pleased to announce that last week a Manatee County jury returned a $501,000 verdict in favor of our client. This was 10x what the last offer was before trial. We are thrilled for the client who got justice after he was attacked, injured and bullied at school. His parents were in court when the verdict was read.

Some of the hardest calls are those to my injured clients telling them the other driver did not carry bodily injury. This often means there’s nothing I can do for them. Hopefully the house and governor sign this great legislation into law!
