Returning home from the other coast after evacuating, I couldn't believe the damage done to the middle of the state, which paled in comparison to the counties to our south. Verdict Alert

We are pleased to announce that last week a Manatee County jury returned a $501,000 verdict in favor of our client. This was 10x what the last offer was before trial. We are thrilled for the client who got justice after he was attacked, injured and bullied at school. His parents were in court when the verdict was read.

Senate signs off on repealing no-fault auto insurance

Some of the hardest calls are those to my injured clients telling them the other driver did not carry bodily injury. This often means there’s nothing I can do for them. Hopefully the house and governor sign this great legislation into law!

The proposal would require that motorists carry bodily injury coverage
