Mecklenburg County is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Technician II to oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and optimization of the County's new Public Safety Building and the mid-life Hudgins Court Building. This position will serve as the primary facilities professional assigned to one of the County's most technologically advanced facilities, supporting the building's mechanical, HVAC, electrical, electronic, security, and automated building systems.
Starting salary: $62,500 annually. Candidates with exceptional experience or certifications may be considered for a higher salary.
