Solving problems for others is what I do every day.
Seth Godin’s blog this morning reminded me that our energy is most useful when we focus on what we can actually change.
I see this often in real estate. Someone wants to move, but they need to sell first. Someone is ready to downsize, but the thought of sorting through years of belongings feels overwhelming. Someone has inherited a home and isn’t sure where to begin.
There may be several decisions to make before we ever put a sign in the yard.
After helping people buy and sell homes in Franklin, Bowling Green, and Southern Kentucky since 1992, I’ve learned how much it helps to slow down, listen, and work through those decisions together.
We don’t have a crystal ball. But we can understand the options and make a thoughtful plan.
If you’re trying to figure out your next move, what’s the biggest question on your mind? You’re welcome to message me privately, too.
