For more than two decades, Joe Loney has practiced law in Bowling Green with a relationship-first approach. As Owner and Closing Attorney at Upland Title, LLC, Joe serves real estate clients, Realtors, and lenders across Kentucky and
Tennessee—guiding residential, commercial, and agricultural transactions with clarity and integrity.
In addition to leading Upland, Joe maintains an active law practice in both states. He finds deep reward in building long-term relationships, often assisting closing clients with
subsequent estate planning and business matters. For Joe, the law is rooted in trust and service.
Joe and his wife, Micah, live on a Warren County farm with their two children. They are active members of Living Hope Baptist Church, where Joe serves as an elder. He also serves on several local nonprofit boards, investing in causes that strengthen the community.
