🎶🎨 What is there to do in Niwot, Colorado? More than you might expect from a town where nearly everything is happening within a few walkable blocks.

Late summer and early fall are especially fun in Old Town Niwot, with live music, local art, community events, restaurants, and neighbors gathering along 2nd Avenue and around Whistle Stop Park.

September brings even more reasons to spend an evening in Niwot, including the Honeybee Harvest Festival on September 5 and a double dose of local art on September 11 with receptions at Osmosis Gallery and Niwot Hall.

And the local dining scene is growing, too, adding even more to the small-town lifestyle that makes Niwot such a special part of Boulder County.

Our latest blog takes you through the events, art, dining, and local traditions worth putting on your Niwot calendar.

Staying ahead of changes in real estate means continuing to learn, especially when those changes can impact our clients. 🏡

Thank you to Amanda Sessa with SWBC Mortgage for a great continuing education class covering the latest changes in condo lending.

We spent the morning learning more about warrantable vs. non-warrantable condos, updated insurance requirements, and recent Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guideline changes that can affect condo buyers, sellers and transactions.

Understanding these details before a property goes under contract can help us better prepare our clients and anticipate potential challenges along the way.

Thank you, Amanda, for keeping us informed and helping us continue to serve our Boulder County clients well!

🎶 Celebrate the Sound of Summer

There's nothing quite like live music on a Colorado summer evening.

The Boulder Roots Music Fest is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy talented musicians, connect with neighbors, and experience another reason we love calling Boulder County home.

Whether you're a longtime fan or checking it out for the first time, it's a great way to wrap up summer.

A Hidden Gem for the Whole Family

Waneka Lake Park is one of those places that's easy to fall in love with. Walking paths, mountain views, playgrounds, fishing, paddle boats, and plenty of open space make it a favorite destination for all ages.

It's another reminder that some of the best places to spend time together are right here in our own backyard.

What's your favorite neighborhood park?
