My name is David Spitzer, and I am an immigration attorney practicing in the Boston area. In the past, I have worked for a non-profit organization in Roxbury, MA, and a private law firm located in downtown Boston. I have had vast experience assisting clients who have applied for naturalization, family petitions, adjustment of status, waivers, and non-immigrant visas, while I have also represented clients in removal proceedings apply for a variety of immigration benefits for which they are eligible. I opened my personal law office in an effort to continue providing the immigrant community in New England excellent representation at a more affordable cost than that which most private law firms can offer. TPS for Salvadorans was just extended for 18 months, until September of 2026. In order to confirm your eligibility and review your options, please give us a call at 617-936-3242 anytime. In order to guarantee your continued eligibility for TPS, you should apply as soon as possible.

The Department of Homeland Security announced today the extension of Temporary Protected Status for El Salvador for 18 months, from March 10, 2025, to Sept. 9, 2026, due to environmental conditions in El Salvador that prevent individuals from safely returning.

Many people are asking about what is going to happen to TPS for Venezuelans.
