On October 13, MBJ Managing Partner Jaclyn Kugell will present the MCLE program, “Milstein Lecture: The Supreme Court's Shifting Docket—Does It Matter?”

Jackie will facilitate the lecture by Stephen Vladeck, the Agnes Williams Sesquicentennial Professor of Federal Courts at the Georgetown University Law Center, who will offer a holistic look at shifts in the Supreme Court’s merits docket and “shadow docket,” and the consequences of those shifts.
