🚨🚨🚨Alert - New Flip hitting the market soon 🚨🚨🚨
This flip is hitting the market this week.
It’s amazing what one can accomplish with a pen, paper and Auto CAD, Visio or whatever piece of software you have at your disposal. I when I bought this property this bathroom layout was horrible, colors were hideous 🤢 and boy the space looked small.
Designing this space took a little bit of creativity, I had to get rid of a closet, close a door opening, create another door opening, raise the ceiling height and more to get the design I wanted.
If you’re anything like me you love tech :) and this bathroom have all you need.
- Smart bluetooth speakers ( I like listening to podcasts when taking a shower, someone else may want to use this to listen to music. Works either way)
- Exhaust Fan is equipped with a violet light designed to kill bacteria
- Rain shower with handheld valve
- Custom linen closet
- A beautiful modern vessel sink
- Let’s not even talk about that shower door lol
Love it, love designing these things and bring them to life. So far everyone who seen this bathroom fell in love with it specially the SINK 😍😍😍, curious to hear your feedback in our OpenHouse
