Congrats to my client on getting his offer accepted on this commercial property! We have a long road to get zoning approval but we were able to work this into the purchase contingency so my buyer knows his business can run out of this former church! We have a great team established with his lender and closing attorney who is also well versed in Quincy zoning laws!

I have a big announcement for Amo Realty.

Amo Realty has officially launched Revenue Share for our agents!

For a long time, I’ve wanted to add something to our model that could help our agents build passive income and help set them up for the future.

Real estate can be a grind. There’s no salary coming in every week, no pension waiting for us, and for most agents, if you stop producing, you stop earning. You can make a great living in this business, but you can’t grind forever.

I wanted to create something that rewards loyalty and gives our agents the opportunity to build another stream of income over the years, while also creating a powerful engine for Amo Realty’s growth.

Our cap is only $9,000 for an agent’s first 3 years, then drops to $5,000. An agent who personally introduces another experienced agent can earn up to $5,000/year from that agent during their first 3 years, and up to $3,000/year after their cap drops to $5,000.

No monthly fees. No yearly fees. No transaction fees.

And I didn’t want to build a model that was only about splits and Revenue Share. We’ve spent years building our own lead system through our websites and marketing channels.

As of September 2026, we’ve expanded that system to provide our agents with 20+ incoming buyer and seller inquiries per week in all offices, often 100+ per month.

So now we have Revenue Share, a low cap, no monthly or transaction fees, and 20+ company-provided buyer and seller leads per week. Company leads are 50/50 and do not count toward the cap.

We’re bringing on new agents right now, with hiring focused on experienced agents who have at least 3 closed sales in the past year.

I’m excited about where Amo Realty is headed, and I believe we’re entering our most exciting chapter yet.
