Global Finance partner Steve Hanton has been named one of Boston Business Journal's 40 Under 40.

Steve advises trustees, agents, and other fiduciaries in asset-backed securitizations, collateralized loan obligations, corporate and public finance transactions, and other alternative structures. He also counsels lenders, emerging companies, and other institutions in structuring and negotiating transactions in both debt and equity finance, representing lenders in complex lending arrangements and emerging companies in different stages of equity financing.

Seth is a partner and leads our Intellectual Property practice. He focuses his practice on IP protection, licensing, strategy, and disputes, as well as research transactions and operations, particularly in life sciences and healthcare.

Seth handles a range of technology and clinical research matters, and advises technology transfer programs at academic and healthcare institutions. Seth also acts as outside general counsel to technology-driven companies.

La Brea Tar Pits are about to transform.

We represented the Natural History Museums of Los Angeles County, which oversees La Brea Tar Pits and Museum, on a landmark gift from the Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Oschin Family Foundation.

The gift will reimagine the iconic 13-acre campus, fund the new Samuel Oschin Global Center for Ice Age Research, and establish a global hub for climate and extinction science.
