The dreaded 1-star review.
Not from a client—but from someone who apparently tried to reach us and couldn't. We weren't the only ones either. Apparently they left a number of 1-star reviews for various law firms around town.
We were surprised.
Lawyers are notorious for not returning phone calls or emails and we have always made client (and potential client) contact one of our highest priorities.
If you've worked with us, chances are you've called us at the office and on our cell phones.
Every call to our office is logged by date and time. Voicemails are immediately forwarded to our email. Website submissions are tracked. Text us and we'll text you back.
And if you prefer a good old-fashioned handshake, stop by. We're happy to sit down and talk across the conference-room table.
So, yes, we were genuinely surprised to hear that someone couldn't reach us.
