I helped Rosie buy her first home just two years ago. Sometimes plans we have in mind don’t always go as planned and they change. Luckily, when Rosie bought, I negotiated a great deal for her that then allowed room for property growth in just two years.

We listed the home on a Wednesday, and did two open houses the following weekend.
