🆕 D. Mass. IP Litigation Blog post by Tom McNulty: Ruocco v. Deveau et al. (D. Mass. 25-cv-13475). A Massachusetts federal court denied a pro se defendant’s motion to dismiss in a copyright dispute over real estate photos, converting it to a motion for judgment on the pleadings and finding the plaintiff had sufficiently alleged damages.
