Clients - if you received a document entitled "2026 - Annual Report Instruction Form" with my information filled in and a request for payment, this is a solicitation from a company designed to look like an official government document and bill. This company has been doing this for years (see news article below). Please toss it - if I serve as your registered agent, I will be in touch when annual report filings open next year. Thank you!

Secretary of State Shenna Bellows says the solicitation is from a group that calls itself “C.F.S.” and offers to file annual reports for a $185 fee.
