✨ Remember when I had the opportunity to be a guest on the ICONS of Real Estate Podcast? 🎙️🌴

It was such a fun experience getting to sit down and share my journey in real estate—from starting my career selling lakefront homes in New York’s Finger Lakes region, to now helping clients discover their dream coastal properties here in Southwest Florida.

For nearly 18 years, real estate has been so much more than buying and selling homes. It has been about relationships, finding hidden opportunities, and helping people create the lifestyle they’ve always dreamed about.

We talked about my passion for waterfront properties, my transition from New York to Florida, the importance of design in real estate, and what makes Southwest Florida such a special place to call home.

If you missed it, I’d love for you to take a listen! 🎧

Oh my! That April CPI! Inflation surged on higher energy prices, which affect a lot more than just gasoline and jet fuel prices (airline tickets, fertilizer, etc.) So far the housing market is showing resilience, but there is little doubt that higher mortgage rates are keeping spring/summer transaction volumes muted.
