Another scam we are seeing a lot of is threatening to permanently delete your page or other similar language and claiming to be official from Meta.

This is a friendly reminder to business owners. There are scams out there. Delete and don't reply. A couple of hallmark signs: foreign country and require immediate action. My recommendation for more info is to Google the words: " trademark email scam." I have also attached an article which may be helpful.

Holland & Knight's Intellectual Property Group has seen an escalation in emails to clients in which the sender applies the scare tactic of "react quickly or lose your rights to your trademark." These are very often scams.
