ICE is currently conducting raids in Wilder. Know your rights.

You have the right to remain silent. Do not answer questions or sign anything. You have the right to an attorney.

Do not open the door: If agents come to your door, keep it closed and ask if they have a warrant signed by a judge. You are not required to open the door or let them in if they don't have a warrant.

Do not resist: If agents enter, do not physically resist them. You can calmly state that you are exercising your right to remain silent and are requesting an attorney.

Inform local support networks: Contact or inform local immigrant rights or response networks about raids so they can provide legal and community support.

Record everything: Document the interaction, including the time, agents' names or badge numbers if possible, and what happened.

Help others: If you are able to safely do so, inform people being approached by agents to remain silent. Ask those who are arrested for the name and number of a loved one or attorney so their family can be contacted.
