Givens Pursley Proud to Help Bring Meta Site to Idaho
For more than a year, a dedicated group of Givens Pursley attorneys has worked with our client Meta (fka Facebook) to successfully site and develop a new data center in Kuna. The project was a large entitlement and real estate matter involving significant land, water, wastewater, and mineral issues, and required weekly meetings with a Meta siting team and some long hours.
