Lyft and Uber are dropping the ball!

They are not taking adequate steps to screen drivers resulting in people being injured or assaulted by drivers. We are taking these cases anywhere, any time. It’s time for ride sharing to take some accountability for the safety of its passengers.

An Oregon girl, 15, went up in flames on February 25, 2025, after a plasma cutting torch sparked during a welding class that was supervised by Rodger Watkins, according to a lawsuit.
