Traumatic brain injuries are “invisible injuries”—you don’t always see scars, casts, or obvious deficits, yet the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral changes can be life-altering. Because these injuries so often hide in plain sight, they demand special handling: deeper listening, careful follow-up, and a commitment to believing what our clients and their families are experiencing. TBI survivors deserve not just fair compensation, but extra care, patience, and dignity at every step.
