I’ve worked a lot of different jobs to get to this point, and I’m so proud of the road that brought me here.

My first job in middle school was keeping score at baseball games. I was a lifeguard in high school and college, a hostess, legal assistant, tutor, law clerk, worked in insurance for my mom, and, of course, became an attorney.

I’m so proud to be in this position, and honestly, it still feels a little surreal. While this may seem like a small milestone to some, it brings me so much joy to announce that Queen Law is growing and we’re hiring our first law clerk!

To be a woman who builds a law firm she believes in, advocates for families through some of their hardest moments, and comes home to the best husband and to littles who call me their mom… I had to become her first. Twenty something years later, I still catch myself cheering and rooting for my clients during life’s most difficult times.

Do I have big dreams for Queen Law? As my sweet son would say, “Of course!”

But I’m learning that I don’t have to rush through this chapter to get to the next one. I can be ambitious about the future while being grateful for the life I’m living right now.

I wouldn’t be her without every version of me that came before.
