REAL CASE: A man arrives at the hospital on a Friday with a heart attack.

The hospital confirms he’s having a heart attack. Doctors determine he needs a stent, but schedule the procedure for Monday.

He dies Sunday night before the procedure is ever performed.

The question isn’t simply what happened.

The question is whether it should have happened.
