Does anyone know where I can find normal watermelons with black seeds locally? 🍉

I know seedless is everywhere now, but watermelon seeds are actually nutrient-rich, and I miss the old-school real watermelon taste. Looking for the kind we grew up with — not the seedless grocery store version.

Yesterday I was at a Boca Raton home inspection for a buyer looking for something smart, affordable, and in an A+ rated school area.

This is exactly why having the right agent matters. The pretty photos online are only the beginning. You need someone who will look at the roof, electrical, insurance issues, permits, layout, neighborhood, resale value, and the real cost of owning the home after closing.

Affordable homes in strong Boca Raton school zones do exist, but you have to move with strategy, speed, and the right information.
