Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Attorney, with excellent organizational skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation and transactional work, with a proven track record of handling complex legal matters. This position offers the opportunity to engage in a wide range of legal activities, including conducting legal research, attending hearings, managing depositions, mediation, and trials, as well as consulting with clients and opposing counsel. The Associate Attorney will also work on real estate and business transactions, and contribute to special projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
2. Attend and represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediation sessions, and trials.
3. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
4. Consult with clients to provide legal advice and guidance on various commercial matters.
5. Interact with opposing counsel to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes.
6. Assist with real estate and business transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
7. Manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
8. Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to team efforts on complex legal issues.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to The Florida Bar and active licensure.
3. 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation and transactional work.
4. Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
7. Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and organizational skills.

Compensation:
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary package along with benefits, including a matching 401k.
