The driver who caused the accident may not have enough insurance to cover the damage.

Rick Darquea, Investigator at Ged Lawyers, shares two recent situations that highlight the importance of uninsured motorist coverage.

One involved an accident with multiple vehicles where the at-fault driver had very limited coverage. In another, a commercial insurance policy turned out to be unverifiable.
